or we will gladly meet you by appointment.

We have some great things coming this Summer and some new brands we'd like you to try.

SUNDAY SERVICE IS BACK!

Drop on by on Sunday afternoon. We will be open during the Summer for your convenience.

Sundays in July and August we will be open Noon-4PM.

If you have multiple projects, we highly recommend scheduling an appointment for Sunday so we may better serve you.

What is your turnaround time to complete a project?

We have 3 turnaround times that you can choose from.

Standard time is always in flux and can usually run 3-6 weeks on average. You can always ask for something sooner and we will gladly oblige if we have the materials locally.

Priority time is a scheduled time that you set for installations or exhibitions or family functions. You set the schedule and pickup date.

Rush Service is job completion within 7 working days.

There is also a Same Day/Next Day option that we offer for special projects.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we have physical gift cards and electronic gift cards available, and can be used along with any current special we might be running. Gift cards can be used for Custom Framing, Ready Made frames or items in the Gift Shop.

Is there parking available?

We have street parking available, and most of the time its easy to find park on our street. We have street sweeping on Wednesday and Thursdays until 11am, so keep that in mind.

What is your pricing like?

We like to pride ourselves as one of the most affordable frame shops in town. Our owner has been in the industry for over 3 decades and has developed a business relationship with our vendors to help keep our prices low.

We also have ready made pricing and gift shop frames for those who don't have a custom framing budget. We like to tell our customers... "Let us know what you're trying to spend and we can design around your budget."

Do you offer Pick-up or Delivery?

Yes! We offer delivery and pickup from areas all over Los Angeles, Encino, Calabasas. We even have regular deliveries to the Morongo Basin area (Joshua Tree to Palm Springs.)

Do you offer Museum Quality services?

Yes! We offer many of the materials needed by local and private galleries and Museums. Starting in the summer of 2026 In addition to our in house Walnut and Maple selection we will be offering our new line "Carpenteria," a selection of Maple and Walnut designed to your specifications. This is a custom designed profile to meet the needs of your gallery requirements. Maple and Walnut frames will be finished, splined and painted white with closed corners if needed. Finished cleating and crating will also be offered for any "Carpenteria" projects.

Do you offer Mounting Services for Printers and Photographers?

Yes! We offer Mounting on Sintra, Dibond and Aluminum mounting for Photographers and Printers. We also offer FaceMounted Acrylic or UV Matte Lamination for some projects as well.
